Getting here:

San Martino in Rio lies in the middle of the Emilia Romagna region, in the Po Valley.
Barely 15 km from the town of Reggio Emilia and 18 km from Modena, you can easily get here on the A-22 highway (Autostrada del Brennero A/22), exits Campogalliano or Carpi, or on the A-1 highway (Autostrada del Sole A/1), exit Reggio Emilia. The Museum is located on the premises of the mediaeval castle Rocca Estense (XI-XVIII century).
